Transfer In
If you want to transfer your i-name and/or i-number to Linksafe then follow the steps below.
Transfer steps:
- Review the fee to transfer your i-name and i-number in the table below and confirm that you
still want to do the transfer. (Linksafe believes transfers should be free with the cost of 1 year
additional registration - until the policy is changed our pricing for transfers is at our cost.)
- In the form below, enter the i-name(s) you want to transfer to Linksafe
- Also in the form indicate if you want to transfer the i-number(s) for the associated i-names.
If you transfer an i-number but not all i-names the i-names you don't transfer will remain at your
former i-broker and may be unusable until you get a new i-number for them.
- We will send you via email a Transfer Token for each iname you wish to transfer. You must present the Token to your former Ibroker at which point they are required to release the iname and allow the transfer to complete. See What is a Transfer Token for more.

Because Linksafe is an EZIBroker retailer, transfers to Linksafe from other EZIBroker retailers
are less expensive. (Transfers within the EZIBroker system don't involve the global registry). A
